Our beginners programs are fantastic if you have always wanted to learn self defence but didn’t know where to start. You may also be worried about your fitness, your weight, your flexibility or old injuries. Simply put, don’t worry and just book your place on our beginners course. The course is completely tailored to all ages, levels of fitness level and ability and you will be assured a warm welcome.
Beginners Courses cover 6 x 2 hour weekly lessons for a total of 12 hours tuition.
